He never tried to push me into a different, newer vehicle. I've had salesman from other dealerships always pushing to purchase brand new. But he listened to what I wanted and showed me the cars I pre selected and explained the differences. He was very detailed in explaining everything. You can tell he is very knowledgeable! Showed me how to use the navigation and all the extras that came on the vehicle. My husband was out of town the day I picked out my vehicle and had to come the following week for the purchase. Even though B.A. was on vacation he made arrangements for us to deal with another sales man and kept in touch with us even though he was off. Above and beyond our expectations!
