I ordered a part from t After purchasing two Hondas from this dealer over the years, I am very disappointed in their service department and follow up. I ordered a part from them early this year and was assured they would follow up and let me know when it was delivered. Three weeks later and still no call so I did the follow up. Part was now in stock for me to pick up. Took my Honda Fit in for a diagnostic due to dash readings this past Thursday at 7:00 AM with an appointment. Found they needed to order a part and assured me I could leave the car overnight and the part would be in on Friday morning. No call from them on Friday so I did the follow up. Seems the wrong part had been sent. Incompetent order or parts pull. Advised they would reorder and the part would be in first thing Saturday. No word from them Satyrdsy so I called. Couldn't find the part and we're now unsure they could get to it today. . Incompetence at an abounding level abd no customer service ability to initiate follow up unless the customer calls in. So sad to see a business I used to speak highly of drop to such a poor level. Do they have new owners if management? More
Honda Service & Sales - a family affair Due to strange, unfamiliar noises emanating from my 2004 Honda CRV, I was at Honda Service Department on Friday morning to consult with Jake Valentin. Due to strange, unfamiliar noises emanating from my 2004 Honda CRV, I was at Honda Service Department on Friday morning to consult with Jake Valentin. Having worked with Jake for years, I trusted him explicitly. When he suggested I might want to consider not putting any more money into a car with over 200,000 miles, I decided it was time for me to bite the bullet and purchase a new car. Enter, Matt Taylor. I left Honda that afternoon, driving a brand, spanking new Honda Civic, loaded with electronic gadgets galore. Not only did Matt sell me a new car, he took the time to show me how to work all the hi-tech "stuff". I am 71 and he lost me at "okay, this is how you.." Matt recognized the deer in the headlights look on my face, smiled, and told me I could return to him at any time for a refresher course. Thanks to Jake and Matt, I now have a new ride, and, feel much more comfortable driving around with my grandchildren. Jake and Matt are family! More

Dealing with Robert Burgess has been a pleasure from the start. We looked at cars at several dealerships last fall and met Robert then and were impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and candor. While we didn't wind up making a purchase then we knew that when we got back in the market to buy he would be the first call we made. We had already done a lot of research online and had a good idea of the market value of the cars we were considering. We got very competitive pricing from him from the outset without having to play any car buying games. When we arrived at the dealership he had the specific cars we were interested in ready for us to drive. We were able to quickly come to an agreement, and the entire process went very smoothly. We got to meet with Chris Burns the sales manager to iron out a minor concern and he was also very helpful and professional. Throughout the entire process it was evident to us that they understand their business is dependent on taking care of their customers and they really make every effort to do so. We are very happy both with our car and our experierience in dealing with Honda of Columbia. More
