He was very knowledgeable about the Pilot and CRV. My decision was to downsize from a Pilot to the CRV as the need for the larger SUV was not critical at this time. The Pilot was my second choice. Through a three week process of decision making, David answered numerous questions and did demonstrations. The final offer was hassle free and I walked away very satisfied. More
