First time Honda buyer I had been thinking about buying a new car for a few months but I wasn't sure what I wanted and I was not in a hurry to make a decision. I was leaning toward a Ford Fusion (I drive a lot in a day and wanted great gas milage) so my husband and I went to go look at them. I was not convinced that it was what I wanted. On a whim, my husband and I decided to go to Honda of Columbia. Neither one of us had had a Honda before. I really only had a few requirements. It had to have good gas mileage, and it had to be grey and a little sporty. I was drawn to the Accord right away. Seth approached us and I was impressed with his knowledge! He spent a lot of time telling us about all the features of the different (grey!) Accords on the lot. He made both my husband and I comfortable and assured us he was there to spend as much time as we needed to help us make the right choice. I was surprised when I decided to buy the car we test drove! shopping of any kind is my least favorite thing to do and car shopping is no different. I think if it wasn't for Seth, I probably would not have driven away with a new car! Jeff Joseph took care of the financing and he was just as friendly and personable. We had to wait for a while to complete the transaction, but they were both apologetic and so nice I didn't even mind. Seth took more time to explain the features of the car. He knew I was not experienced in the technology of the car, so he reassured me I could come see him and he would spend as much time as I needed to answer any additional questions I have. What a great team you have at Honda of Columbia! More

The guys on Sunset Blvd. stepped to the plate and fixed a minor software issue that had been driving me crazy. With the newly remodeled Accords and their safety features as well as new ways to connect to my music stored on my IPhone coming out, I did not hesitate. I was warmly and professionally greeted by John Nick, who explained the new and desired features. Upshot is that I drove my new 2016 Honda away thoroughly pleased and satisfied with the experience. If you want a great car, a good experience, and to be treated right, go to Honda of Columbia and ask for John Nick. Then seek out Chris Burns for his excellent management and creation of a great staff that stand by their customers. He explained details of certain options after the sale before sending me on my way. I received follow-up emails from him immediately. Couldn't have gone more smoothly, thanks to Bob. Al Tejada, the financial expert, was clearly experienced. He checked the interest rates, including that offered by my bank, and was able to beat them all. He presented me with five service options and customized one that especially fit my needs. The final bottom line was in my wheel-house. I couldn't be more pleased with the service given by both of these gentlemen, and my new Accord is super sweet, fits me perfectly. Thank you all. More
Great Salesman, great price, love my car...BUT?? So...I have mixed feelings about this dealership. If I would have done this survey the day I purchased my new 2015 honda accord, I would have given all 5 stars with gold trim...But the follow up service is terrible. My salesperson, Robert, was great! He gave me a quote online, I came up there, test drove the car, signed the papers and left. And Al, great us great financing, which we appreciated!! However, the next week, I get a call back, and they put the wrong VIN number on all the papers I signed (I live 2 hours away) and I know everyone makes mistakes. I called first to see if they could overnight the papers, but no one said they would. I drove all the way up there and signed the papers (they did not reimburse me for gas or offer anything) and then the next day, the papers were overnighted to my house. Would have saved me a lot of trouble if they would have called and let me know they were planning to overnight the paperwork. Then it is now over a month since I have purchased my car, and I called the dealership and left message after message because I have not received my tags in the mail yet. and no one considered to call me back. Finally, got in touch with the title clerk(very nice) and told me to wait until next week because everything has bee processed. So now, its another waiting game. The customer follow up needs some work here. Other than that, its a nice dealership with reasonable pricing and good salespeople. But the "after-the-sale" customer service definitely needs some work. I do love my new car! More

This is the 12th car we have purchased from a dealership and it was the smoothest and most professional deal of them all. There were no games, no back and forth, no bait a switch, and none of that other stuff that had caused us to walk out on Ford, Chevy, Dodge, and a few other dealers over the years. I had done my research and knew what a fair price would be. Seth gave us a great price on the exact vehicle we wanted, loaded with all the options we wanted. Seth gave us an "Out of the Door Price" that included everything and it did not go up one cent. He then made arrangements for us the get the color we wanted in two days. Seth is a true professional and I welcome the opportunity to work with him again! More
