Love my new car I was involved in a car accident and my 2001 Honda Civic was totaled. After some research, I decided I wanted to get a 2015 Honda Civic. I had been to this dealership before to have my 2001 Honda serviced. I thought I wanted a LX model but Matt showed me the SE and Lx side by side and asked me which features were important to me. After seeing the SE, I realized that it had everything that was important to me. I appreciated the time he spent going over all the new features I was not familiar with. I love Hondas and when it is time for my husband to get a new car, we plan on going back to Honda of Columbia and will ask for Matt. There was a small smudge on the inside driver's door and Matt got that taken care of before I took delivery of the car, the smudge wasn't a big deal to me but I really appreciated that Matt had it fixed. More

Great experience with non nonsense approach! Requested a quote online and by the end of the day I had a new Honda Accord at a fair price. I cannot begin to tell you how agonizing it normally is to purchase a car. This was definitely not the case with this car. No hassel, no surprises, good buying experience. I decided to shop for a new Honda Accord via the internet. I contacted three area dealers through their websites and asked for the "e" price and Hon I decided to shop for a new Honda Accord via the internet. I contacted three area dealers through their websites and asked for the "e" price and Honda of Columbia is the only dealer that gave me an actual "out the door" price in an email. The other dealers kept calling and texting but were not willing to give me a price over the phone or email but instead wanted me to come in for a test drive and they "guaranteed" lowest price of any area dealer. I emailed Honda of Columbia and told them I was comming in for a test drive. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly with no high pressure sales pitch. I bought the car at a fair price and was driving it home within three hours of ariving at the dealership. When I need to buy a car again I will go back to Honda of Columbia. More
