I have to say Honda of Columbia was by far the most accommodating and helpful. Robert Burgess in particular went above and beyond fielding questions and concerns through multiple texts and phone calls with me and my wife. He was very knowledgeable of the 3 different models of Honda Odysseys we test drove, a few of them multiple times. He was very patient with my family even helping put in my 1 year olds car seat so my wife could test drive it while I was working. He even held her and played with her when she was fussy, Robert is just an all around great guy. When it came down to making an offer the finance side was a great help getting us a great rate in a timely manner. All in all I would've been satisfied with our car buying experience with or without Robert, However because of Robert I know exactly who to call when I am ready to trade and upgrade my car. (Also talked to Preston and Justin in the service department they lent their expertise to help me decide on the make and model and which ones to avoid. Great guys who know their stuff, definitely coming back for all my maintenance and servicing needs!) More

Once I told Robert what I was looking for he promptly provided me with the bottom line concerning my desired purchase. The dealership had the vehicle I wanted in stock. The great thing about buying a Honda is that it's such a quality vehicle at a great price that the salesman is there to gently facilitate the transaction, not to ware you down into submission with flim flam. Robert simply under promised and over delivered. Thank you. More

I keep going back to Honda because of the quality of the their product (I still own the previous two Accords). I keep going back to Honda of Columbia, because of their people (sales, management, finance, parts and service). In this instance, Chris Burns and Leroy Doby made the car buying process easy and low stress. (this being the second Accord that I bought through Leroy). All my questions, whether via email, phone, text message or in person, were answered quickly. I highly recommend HoC because of their product and their people. More

He gave me a firm price that was a little less than other dealers I had spoken with, and he did everything he said he would do. He told me once we had agreed on a price that Bob Lynch would work with me on the details of the sale, and I found him to be friendly and honest as well. My car was delivered on time and with several dealer installed accessories that I had included in the purchase. From beginning to final delivery it was a professional process carried out in a friendly, non-pressure manner by two gentlemen who gained my trust. This is the best car buying experience I have had. He would randomly get up and walk to the service counter and chat with the rest of the sales men up to 30 minutes each time without explaining where or what he was doing. The customer service is very low and you will spend at least 3 hours waiting to sign 4 pieces of paper. More

I have never been a fan of a "car salesman" and have bought many new cars over the years. I tend to have my personal "antenna" up and am on guard when it comes to car salesmen. Well that changed with this dealer and Matt Taylor! He didn't try to upsell and answered all our questions. Very patient and knows his product. We got a decent amount for our trade in as well. We would and WILL refer people we know to Matt. A great experience with no stress at all. Jeff Joseph was knowledgeable and explained our options without any pressure at all. We went to the showroom, met Matt, got a trade in, did the test drive, got a great price on our 2016 CRV, wrapped up the paperwork and out the door in a couple hours! It was a good day and we love our new CRV! Thanks! More
