Best service hands down!!! I was looking for car to give to my wife as her christmas gift. I looked all around columbia and made my desicion to buy her the new 2016 Honda Pilot I was looking for car to give to my wife as her christmas gift. I looked all around columbia and made my desicion to buy her the new 2016 Honda Pilot Touring AWD. I used the car buying service through USAA and saw that Honda of Columbia had the car I wanted. Robert Burgess called me the night before and set up an appointment for me to come in. The thing that made me feel good about this appointment was the fact that Robert was willing to come in on his day off to help me. He walked me through every sinlge detail and feature the Pilot has. I was just amazed at how detailed and helpful he was, he was patient dealing with the transaction. In my opinion Robert deserves a raise or some type of an award. Jeff in finance was amazing too. He was very friendly and helpful and just all around great guy. The paperwork went smooth and fast. Even though there is a honda dealership closer to me I will drive out my way to recieve this experience again. Thanks to these guys they will be recieving my business in the future. More

The next day, as we were going back to see the cars in the daylight, our sales representative called us to see if there were any questions he could answer. We went in armed with a TrueCar.com price on the vehicle we wanted. When we checked it against the price we were offered the night before, the dealer price was actually slightly less than TrueCar.com, so they gave us that lower price. After test driving a few more configurations of the 2015 and 2016 models, we ended up buying a CR-V of a different color. The only negative for us was the hard sell on the extended warranty plan. Tying that into the monthly payment made it seem like a small amount of money, but in reality it was quite expensive. When I declined the plan, we were asked several additional times if we were sure....we were. The manager actually had to retype the paperwork, as he had plugged the plan in before talking to us about it. More

From the beginning, Matt was very courteous and knowledgeable of my situation (being a flood victim) and trying to find the perfect fit for me to replace my totaled car. He was warm, sincere and straightforward. Making sure he only showed me things in my price range and very sympathetic during the process of looking and test driving cars with me. Jeff was able to make wonders happen for me in finance and I was able to afford (with great coverage) a new 2016 Honda Civic. These guys will work with you and make sure you get the best options for you in your budget! Matt continued to show me the dealership, where I would come in for service, the amenities they had for their customers and helped me set up my cars inner workings. He even called my insurance company to make sure I got the correct car on my coverage. All in all, it was a long morning but well worth it, as I felt like I hadn't been there that long. Everyone I met, including Seth Nortey, was so very compassionate and great to be around.
