Will buy from this dealership again. This dealership has taken care of me from day ONE. My salesman was B.A. and the GM was Chris. I wrecked my car and wasnt sure if it was going to be totaled or fixed. I wanted to make sure I was ready for whatever the outcome. They worked with me and allowed me to put a REFUNDABLE hold on my car until I found out. They continued to extend the hold on the car until I heard from the insurance company. It was supposed to be 1-2weeks and was on hold for over a month. BA also moved the car to the back of the lot and made sure it was NOT altered in any way or damaged. He even came in after he got off to make the sale the day I found out my car was totaled. I also needed a few accesories and Preston in the shop worked with me to get some things taken care of. BA also made some recommendations for me to upgrade the lights. He sent me a link to the webpage for the model that would fit and even installed them for me when they came in. BA also recommended a place for tinting the windows. He said if I mentioned to them that "HONDA referred me" they would give me a discount. That saved me $40. BA has touched base with me about once every few weeks to see if I am still enjoying my NEW CAR. He is easy to get in touch with and VERY knowledgeable about the cars. I would recommend not only THIS dealership but this TEAM of individuals to EVERYONE lookinv for a car. Ask for BA (Sales), Chris (GM) or Preston (Service) if you go...and tell them KELLY sent you!
