Wonderful experience. 2nd purchase from them. Walked in, expressed what I wanted. The car was immediately brought to me to look at. I said I may be interested. I was give 2nd purchase from them. I was told that if I was interested, I could make what changes I felt necessary and text it back to them. I did exactly that about two hours after getting home and they met my expectations. I had two appointments in the same week with Savannah, and she did an absolutely outstanding job both times. In the past, I had received iffy customer service from other advisors, and actually quit coming to Honda of Columbia for service on my vehicle entirely, even going as far as choosing to drive further to the other Honda dealership in Irmo. However, after an inconvenient flat tire, I found myself using Honda of Columbia again this past week out of urgency because I work nearby. After the incredible customer service Savannah provided (on the phone and in person), I will now be choosing Honda of Columbia again for my routine car maintenance! She went above and beyond to make sure I was aware of the cost of services upfront and was very helpful in explaining the purpose and benefits of each service. She was also friendly and empathetic, which was appreciated by a very overwhelmed and stressed out me! I can say with confidence that Savannah is the most helpful service advisor I have had at any Honda dealership location. I will happily continue to use Honda of Columbia for routine maintenance on my vehicle, with Savannah as the assigned service advisor. Job well done! More
