Good customer service I have used Honda of Cleveland several times for service to my 2017 Civic. Recently I discovered my AC was out. In January, I dropped it off at the I have used Honda of Cleveland several times for service to my 2017 Civic. Recently I discovered my AC was out. In January, I dropped it off at the dealership and a line was replaced; in February, once it warmed up, I noticed the AC was still out. I made the service department aware of this and dealt with Mark. Mark immediately sought to fix the issue, obtained a rental vehicle for me, and ultimately replaced the compressor within a day of dropping the vehicle off. His willingness to make the issue right, no questions asked, is what sold me. I recommend this dealership. More

But in saying that, Ive purchased three vehicles, two trucks and one car from honda of cleveland and theyve been more than fair. Like any business theyve got to make money. I routinely take my car to have my service from them. These boys are trained and got experience so I definately feel better when there going over something that needs to be done. Like any dealership its gonna cost more for them to do it but some things you cant avoid. Theyve stayed true thus far in my relationship with them and unless something changes they will be my dealership of choice. More

Saturday walk in for service I walked in one Saturday to get an oil change and check on a recall notice I received. The other dealerships I have dealt with don't take appts on Sa I walked in one Saturday to get an oil change and check on a recall notice I received. The other dealerships I have dealt with don't take appts on Saturday. When I walked, in Mark asked for my name to check my appt. I told him that I didn't have an appt and that this was my first visit to the dealership. He was upfront and told me that he had appts scheduled and that they were priority but he would work me in and get me out of there as fast as possible. He explained the services that would be performed and told me that the recall was a software update and could take up to 2 hours to complete. I was impressed with the entire process and location. The dealership is over 30 minutes away and I pass another dealership to get there but still worth the drive. More
