APPOINTMENTS MEAN NOTHING HOMETOWN FEEL IS GONE.....to make appt now you have to speak to call center in Nashville. Took me a week to get an appt for oil change...went in at HOMETOWN FEEL IS GONE.....to make appt now you have to speak to call center in Nashville. Took me a week to get an appt for oil change...went in at 10am on 10-30-15...was still waiting at 11:30am. I asked what Express Service meant...was told there was no such thing, although there are plenty of signs that indicate otherwise. The service advisors are all very professional and attentive...always have been, so when I questioned the appt time, I was referred to BILL JOSLIN, the Service Director. He said the appt I made was to SPEAK with a service advisor....and that my car would be taken back when they could get to it. I asked what happens if I just walk in and he said I could get service, but would have to wait an hour or so....I had already waited 1-1/2 hours WITH an appt. He was not very sympathetic and offered no solution to my frustration. I told him I would not be back. He called and left message on my phone three days later, apologizing for his attitude. The service I ge In 2006, I bought my Honda Pilot from this dealership. Over the last 6 years, I have had all my service work done there as needed. The service I get at this dealership is nothing short of fantastic! Over the years, I have dealt with Matt Kress in the service department. As a single lady on a tight budget Matt has always given me good advice about the services needed on my Pilot. He has never, not one time tried to have me do any additional work on the car other than just what is needed at the time. When I reached the 80,000 mile mark, I needed several things replaced on my car which was going to be quite expensive. Matt told me the 3 major issues that needed to addressed and what order I should have the work done! That way, I could address each item one at a time as I could afford it. Once, I was on a weekend trip to Atlanta and about half way there, my check engine light came on. So instead of freaking out, I called Matt and he asked me a series of questions about what was going on and advised me that I could continue on my trip and bring the Pilot in after I got back to town. It turned out to be something that was easily fixed. My Pilot now has over 120,000 miles. Last weekend I was headed out of town on a trip and stopped at a gas station to fill up in Harrison near my home. I got back in the car and turned the key and nothing happened. Freaked out a little and called Matt, as usual. He said he would send someone from the dealership over to check out my car ( remember, the dealership is in Cleveland). Well, that someone was none other than the Service Manager, David Winters. David jumped my car off and followed me back to the dealership. The 2 kind gentlemen had my car fixed within 30 minutes and I was back on the road out of town. I tell everybody I know about the fantastic service I get at Honda of Cleveland. So high 5 to Matt for all of his patience in answering all my questions and for being a great service advisor. And many thanks to David for coming to my rescue the other day! More
We have bought 3 cars from Honda of Cleveland, 2 new ones and 1 used. We have been using Honda of Cleveland for almost 10 years for all our service needs. We have been pleased on each occasion. David Hickman, the general manager, takes our vehicles to the dealership for service, leaving us with a loaner car. Not only is this a great convenience to us, it gives us opportunity to try out other Honda models. David Hickman has always been so courteous and helpful with all of our car needs. As a result of our experience with Honda of Cleveland and with Mr. Hickman especially, our grown children (4) have all bought either new or used vehicles from there. We would highly recommend Honda of Cleveland. Everyone from David Hickman to floor salesmen to mechanics have very professional and helpful. More
