Great Personnel My name is Jessica Landrus I was in an accident on 75 this morning g and a tractor trailer hit my car and snapped my mirror out of its pins......the T My name is Jessica Landrus I was in an accident on 75 this morning g and a tractor trailer hit my car and snapped my mirror out of its pins......the Tennessee state trooper that came to the site did not help me in anyways told me it would go on my record and there was not much he could do about it so I went to my local dealership and they were very greatful and respectful.....they offered me breakfast since I work third shift and just got off work.....they also had me drinks while I was waiting......I would like to recognize Mark Duncan, Shain Hamby, Roger Russell, Greg Lee and Will Oltz.......these guys were fantastic I was crying upset and didn't know what I was gonna do if they had not helped me........they were all very comforting and right there to help..... Greg fixed my problem When I got my car brought into Honda it wouldn't do anything at all, we had to have it towed. My wife somehow got out and found my car keys even thoug When I got my car brought into Honda it wouldn't do anything at all, we had to have it towed. My wife somehow got out and found my car keys even though i set them on top of the fridge. Of course she did what any woman does to anything they touch, she tore it up some kind of awful. Greg got my problem figured out quick, explained what the problem was, and got it fixed for me set in no time flat. I'd recommend this service department to anybody. As for me from now on I'm hiding my car keys in the oven my wife never uses, so next time she gets out she won't tear up my car. More

I live in Chattanooga (about 20 min from Cleveland) but CHOOSE to take my car there for service; instead of using local dealership. Courteous, professional and knowledgeable staff. Service I have a Honda Ridgeline which is less than 2 yrs old. While driving, when I would hit a bump it would make a noise in the rear end, bounce roughly & I have a Honda Ridgeline which is less than 2 yrs old. While driving, when I would hit a bump it would make a noise in the rear end, bounce roughly & even fish tail at times. I took it to Honda in Chattanooga, TN where I bought it, they said they drove it and checked it out and could not find anything wrong & it was in fine shape. I drove it for a little while longer & really considered selling/trading it because I did not like the way it drove. I decided to take it to Honda of Cleveland. I was met by Will Oltz and Mark Duncan who were very nice, listened to my problem (I did not tell them I had taken it to Chattanooga Honda) and assured me they would check into it. They were backed up so they put me in a rental car. Before I could get back home, they called to tell me I had a busted shock, it was of course still under warranty and it would be fixed. I also told them that I had been waiting for an air bag, that was under recall, to come in from Chattanooga for the past couple months & they told me, no problem, they would fix that too. They had my truck for 2 days and when I got it back everything was fixed and it drove like it was new. I was very pleased with their service and attitudes. I would recommend Will , Mark & Honda of Cleveland to anyone. More

They keep up with all the service points of our vehicles and advise for the best preventive maintenance schedule. They go over everything with you beforehand so that there are no surprises. They help to keep my family's cars in top notch running condition. We have been taking our cars to this dealer since 2003 and have been very happy with the professional service. We always feel like our Honda's are getting what they need to keep them going down the road. Dependable transportation to and from work is a valuable trade off. The cars have to start. If there is ever an indication of trouble, a phone call to the Honda of Cleveland Service Department is all it takes, and these people are always there to get you in, and running again. Oil changes and general maintenance visits are a breeze, and at our convenience. More
