Friendly dealership. I really like that Cleveland Honda is a smaller dealership. It is more personable and builds trust. Recall repairs I called about airbag recall and was informed that there was an additional recall on my door locks. I never received anything from Honda about this. I called about airbag recall and was informed that there was an additional recall on my door locks. I never received anything from Honda about this. PLUS I had replaced it a little while back paying for it out of my pocket. They helped me get the paperwork I needed and in touch with Honda so that I could receive reimbursement. Honda has always been GREAT to work, though not always the best at keeping me informed of what may be causing a delay. Besides that AN ABSOLUTLEY WONDERFUL GROUP OF GUYS TO WORK WITH. More
