Service Advisor, Mark Duncan, was very helpful in getting the work done quickly so we could make a previously scheduled appointment. He even detected an airbag recall notice and included that work in the visit as well, still getting us to our appointment on time. The professionalism and friendliness were exceptional. I do really they care about the customers total experience, buying the car or truck, your feelings after driving it for a few thousand miles and your time spent in their dealership while your vehicle is being looked at. We were directed to the Honda dealer to have our CRV checked out for safe driving by a state trooper. On our arrival, two of your employees, Mark Duncan and Will Oltz took over. They made sure we were safe and comfortable, offered us drinks and food, then checked over our car, which was driveable.
