It was an absolutely beautiful drive and I didn't get lost. I arrived expecting to make an appointment for another day. They welcomed me and my Great Dane and said they could fit me in. Consulted me about my car and we had a seat. Lyba ( my Great Dane ) and I were very comfortable and Lyba was checked on often. It is such a nice feeling to know my car is in such good hands. My car is a 2006 Element and it has always had routine Honda service in FL. Now I know it will have the same great service in my new home in the mountains. More
On my fourth Honda and wouldn't switch. We have been happy with the cars and service at Honda of Cleveland for more than 25 years. Friendly people who also get the job done. Disrespectful and Threateningly Aggressive Service Manager Unfortunately I don't have the name of the man we dealt with on Tuesday November 22, 2016, ( I think it was Brandon Perry but not sure of his name) bu Unfortunately I don't have the name of the man we dealt with on Tuesday November 22, 2016, ( I think it was Brandon Perry but not sure of his name) but we found him to be extremely rude and very aggressive. His customer service skills were sorely lacking and his behavior very disrespectful. The service to my car was not as expected and there appeared a second charge for the same alignment. When the exchange became heated, I left the service area and got into my car and this man actually followed me and tried to remove the keys. AS we came to pick up my vehicle together my husband was in the service area to pay the bill with our credit card. We then left to speak to the general manager, Mr. Corey Choate. He is to be complimented for listening attentively to our situation, calmed us down and agreed there should not be a second charge for the alignment and had the charge removed. It was a very distressing situation and I would never bring my car for service there again based on the response of this service manager. More
Definitely a 5 star service department I live 70 miles from the dealership, but always bring my vehicle back for service.
