Warranty scam again Trying to get 100 Month battery warranted after 3 years. Shainin the service department was short with me and stated I must have my receipt??? The ba Trying to get 100 Month battery warranted after 3 years. Shainin the service department was short with me and stated I must have my receipt??? The battery has the manufacture date on it. I know this is a small issue and the battery did last 3 years but that is not what the warranty states. I understand how proration works as well. This is simply an example of a company trying to make it difficult on the customer so they do not have to pay on a warranty.previously I was told they will also charge labor on a battery install (that was supposed to be under warranty)! We used to own 3 Hondas but will never buy another because of multiple warranty issues on all of them. Honda has mislead me for the last time! More

Great Customer Service & Very Friendly Staff I brought my car in to be serviced and decided to wait on it. The staff was very friendly and after it was determined that it was time for a more det I brought my car in to be serviced and decided to wait on it. The staff was very friendly and after it was determined that it was time for a more detail preventive maintenance; they offered a loaner vehicle for me to go run some errands while this service was being done. Contrary to belief, the cost was very reasonable and I felt like it was worth every penny spent. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!! More

Comfort in knowing Our maintenance light came on in our car. It was time to get it serviced. Oil Change I made an appointment on line, but when I showed up at 4pm for my service, there was not record of my appointment.
