Always great customer service I live in Colorado and come back to TN 4-5 times a year. My mother is 85 years and lives in Decatur, TN. I bring her 2006 Honda Civic to the dealers I live in Colorado and come back to TN 4-5 times a year. My mother is 85 years and lives in Decatur, TN. I bring her 2006 Honda Civic to the dealership for service. I always call Mark Duncan prior to coming to TN and make an appointment to bring in my Mother's car. I always get at the dealership early and am first to get in. I always know ahead of time what the service will be and approximately how much time it will take. I was just home for Christmas and had a doctor appt in Cleveland so I brought my Mother with me. Mark made sure she was comfortable and had coffee and gave us status updates on her car. Due to the age of the battery of the car he recommended a new battery. I was glad he did. My Mom is 85 and the last thing I want is her to get stranded and her car not start. Everyone at this dealership is great and always tries to help. I do not feel like they are trying to rip me off when I bring her car for service (and when she was able to bring it down for service). More

When I had a blow out I showed up at 430 in the afternoon to get a tire replaced that I knew was a custom size and they wouldn't have in stock. My surprise was the call the very next morning at 10 to let me know they'd got my tire and put it on and we're ready for me to come get it. When I got there it took them 12 min start to finish to get my wheel back on my car and and I was on my way. This made the holidays that much simpler to not drive on a donut or sit waiting at a dealer all day. Thank you again More
Honda Engine/electrical problems on Interstate 75 North We were traveling north on Interstate 75 when our engine light came on and the engine cut off. I was able to get off at the next exit, 20. I saw a sign for the Ford Dealer 1 mile away and turned right on highway 74 looking for the Ford Dealership. We went 1 mile and took the 1st exit on to Highway 64 and there was Honda of Cleveland. We found Honda of Cleveland by pure chance. We arrived at 6:15pm and Shaine Hamby met us and explained that the service center was closed but they would look at our car first thing in the morning to determine what the problem was. Shaine, Robert Lawson and Jaime Burns helped us locate a Holiday Inn and call a cab. Within 30 minutes our car was safe and my wife Morrell and I were on our way to the hotel. At 7:30 am Mark Duncan called to say they would check out the car and call as soon as they knew what the problem was and they would send Martha Malinowski to pick us up at our hotel. Martha picked us up at 10:00am and returned us to Honda of Cleveland. While we waited for the completion of the repair work we met Jerry Anderson and he provided us with information of new Hondas as we are now in the market to place our 2005 Acord. He explained the current sales programs and features of the new Hondas. Jerry was through, helpful and most knowledgeable. Mark and his team, Roger Russel and William Oltz were just finishing up the replacement of the Solenoid that was the problem. The car was repaired and we thanked everyone and got back on Interstate 75. We were so lucky to have found Honda of Cleveland. Mark Duncan called about 20 minutes later to see if everything was working - which it was. The expertise, service and hospitality was outstanding. Two total strangers - my wife and I - with an emergency Honda automobile problem on Interstate 75 ended up by pure chance at Honda of Cleveland and received the welcome, hospitality and service of a long time customer. I have never had better service addressing an auto issue - ever!! When we arrived at our destination - Alexandria, VA that evening we called Mark to let him know that we had completed our trip safely. We wish we lived in Cleveland, TN and could have our car serviced at Honda of Cleveland all the time. More

Service & New Tires I had a regular service and new tires put on my car. The work was finished in a very timely manner with very professional people. I was told up front what the cost would be and that was exactly what i paid. My car was completed in that same day. On another day I also had them look at the heater on my car and they found the problem which was human error on my part. I plan on buying two more new tires from them in the near future and would recommend any one to take their car in for repairs. More

Service Center Over the years I have had experiences with several Service Centers at other dealers, (not Honda) and find that the service I receive at Honda of Cleve Over the years I have had experiences with several Service Centers at other dealers, (not Honda) and find that the service I receive at Honda of Cleveland surpasses them all. William Oltz, Mark Duncan, and Roger Russell are the three I have encountered and find them to be knowledgeable, helpful and very courteous. Coming into this dealership for service is never a daunting experience. More

Mark Duncan, Roger Russell, and William Oltz were professional and friendly and the airbag was replaced quickly. We drove from quite a distance away, so were very grateful for the friendly reception and how we were made comfortable during our weight. I was particularly thrilled that the staff are so dog friendly and most warmly welcomed my service dog as well. More
