The Service department of Economy Honda in Chattanooga is also very good but I changed when their sales department in 2015 became inflexible. Honda of Cleveland is the best all around. Honda of Cleveland is friendly, genuine and straightforward and always willing to lookout for their customers. They treat customers as friends and not as advisaries. They don't play games and try to get the better of you in a deal. Back when Economy Honda was different, I bought 3 used cars and 3 new cars from them. That is now history. Honda of Cleveland is now my first consideration as far as Honda is concerned. I gladly drive the extra miles. More

Very Unprfessional I purchased my Honda Pilot in Maine. I was told by Honda of Cleveland that my coupon book would be honored at their dealership. They told me AFTER p I purchased my Honda Pilot in Maine. I was told by Honda of Cleveland that my coupon book would be honored at their dealership. They told me AFTER performing their first service of my car that they would not even attempt to process my coupons, which gave me free oil changes and other services. The next time I dealt with this dealership, I went in person to the dealership and called them over 5 times, each time being told the appropriate employee would contact me. I finally just gave up trying to work with them. The next time I went to Honda of Cleveland I requested to have my blinker fixed, as I had bought the full warranty available on my car. I was told I had to pay $95.00 upfront for the service and if AFTER service was completed they felt it was going to be covered under my warranty they would refund my money. I was told my wires had completely melted and had to be replaced. I refused to pay for a warranty covered service and went elsewhere and had ONLY a new BULB replaced for less than $5.00 . More than 5 years later, my blinker is still working! The other day I had to visit this dealership for a Factory recall on my airbag. I parked at the sales entrance and walked to the service entrance at the side of the building. My husband talked to the salesman next to my car. I told my husband that one of us was going to hold our young baby, no matter how close he was standing to my car, because I just had a feeling about something. It's a Mom thing. My husband watched the woman from the service department who asked me if she could get my VIN number approach my car, write the number, then get into my car. Assuming she was getting mileage or something he didn't say anything, watching her though, as my purse was open and laying with my wallet out on the console. She started up the car and drove it off to the service department before he could stop her. I am so thankful that my new baby was not sitting in her car seat as I would have gotten furious. I told them I was not going to have my vehicle serviced there and left, picking up my husband who was still talking to the salesman. I let my husband know I would pay more at a more honorable dealership for a vehicle and that we were not interested in their vehicles. When we left, my husband tried to tell me that even though they hadn't treatied me right, HE was offered a great deal on a BRAND NEW vehicle on their lot. I assured my husband that the car salesman was not honest, because the car was NOT NEW. My husband assured me it was. That Sunday, when they were closed and I knew no one would try to drive off with my baby or purse, I took my husband to the lot and showed him the cars tag that showed the salesman's "NEW CAR" had almost 50,000 miles on it. This dealership will do any thing to get your money. Please go to a place where you will be treated with respect and honesty. More

On The Road Again! Service Advisor Mark Duncan and mechanics Joe and Tom consulted with me to solve an engine repair that Economy Honda of Chattanooga said they woul Service Advisor Mark Duncan and mechanics Joe and Tom consulted with me to solve an engine repair that Economy Honda of Chattanooga said they would not do but would replace the engine for $3550.00 after charging me a $150.00 diagnostic fee! I'm grateful and thankful that Mark, Joe, and Tom wanted to and were willing to solve my problem! I even had additional service work done. A loaner car was provided while the work was done. Now, I'm "On The Road Again" in the best car I can have: one that's paid for and runs! More

They go above and beyond to make their clients happy which is why I will never go anywhere else. I was there today and had my 2 year old daughter with me. As soon as we walked through the door they were very attentive as always, offering us snacks and drinks and asking if we needed anything. They are awesome. More
