Old time customer service My wife hit a large peice of wood on the road during a bad storm with our Honda Civic. The car started making a terrible noise and would vibrate up to a certain RPM. We assumed the worst and felt an engine mount or issues with the transmission would end up being the problem and probably cost a bundle. It ended up being a bent heat shield and they took care of it. Roger Russell, Will Oltz, Mark Duncan and Bill Joslin took the car in on walk-in notice and within a short period of time called saying the car was finished. When leaving I asked how much I owed because they had done a service for me that I couldn't have done. They told me they were happy to help and wouldn't charge me a dime, even after I told them I didn't have a problem with a charge feeling it would be fair. This is old-time service that has disappeared in the chase for profits and they should all be commended for taking care of a local customer and doing the right thing when they could have charged any amount. Also, what I didn't tell them was that the new BMW 528i that is in the shop getting a new transmission installed with quotes of up to $13000 was the reason we are driving the Honda. I really couldn't afford another charge this Monday morning so needless to say they totally made my week. I'm very grateful for their honesty! I would highly recommend this dealership based solely on their service dept. More
