ROUTINE MAINT I take my car there every time it needs to be serviced. William Oltz is very helpful every time I have it serviced. He makes sure that I have a ride I take my car there every time it needs to be serviced. William Oltz is very helpful every time I have it serviced. He makes sure that I have a ride to and from work because I leave it there during the day. He calls me once my car is ready to be picked up.. He explains what is going to be done the day of my visit and when I return he explains by bill to me and if they have found anything wrong with it. I will continue to have my car serviced at Honda of Cleveland. More

Best service department in the Chattanooga area. The service advisor was very cooperative in solving our unusual prbllem, we were locked out of the car. Mark arranged for us to have the car towed to The service advisor was very cooperative in solving our unusual prbllem, we were locked out of the car. Mark arranged for us to have the car towed to the dealership in Cleveland, got the car opened. (the lock was loose) and found that the battery was dead. They replaced the battery, checked the electrical system to make sure everything was ok.. we were able to pick up the care that afternoon. Mark Duncan did a great job. I have to add that the other Honda’s dealer in the Chattanooga area (Economy Honda’) just blew us offf More
