He is always there to answer questions, give me good advice, and is so customer service oriented. I appreciate him very much and the Honda dealership has a gem in him. I also feel that when I leave my Honda is in good condition and ready. He also introduced me to Robert Lawson, whom I bought my last Honda from. He was wonderful to work with and did not take me for granted or be pushy with the sale. He wanted my best interest and I appreciate that very much. I know he is a man of integrity and that goes a long way in sales. .He was looking out for me instead of just making a sale. I will always want to use Honda of Cleveland. There have a wonderful attitude and love to be of service to their customers. A shout out to Honda of Cleveland! Both were handled rapidly and in a friendly and prompt manner by Mark Duncan. So far, this is the best service experience I've ever had...and on a par with, or better than, service I had for my previous 2010 vehicle. And, I thought that was pretty good. If future service works this well, I more than pleased. Thank you, Mark. More

I have a 2003 CR-V with 190,000 miles, a Mark Duncan was extraordinary, and definitely went above and beyond to work with me in repairing my vehicle. I have a 2003 CR-V with 190,000 miles, and Mark went to the trouble to get me a loaner car, as the repair took almost a week to complete (most of the time was spent getting the parts). He was very candid and honest on the condition of the vehicle, and risk of not performing the work, or waiting. His diligence, dedication, and candor was refreshing from other places I have been, and greatly appreciated. I'll be back because of him when it is time to trade in my beloved CR-V. More
