Both were handled rapidly and in a friendly and prompt manner by Mark Duncan. So far, this is the best service experience I've ever had...and on a par with, or better than, service I had for my previous 2010 vehicle. And, I thought that was pretty good. I have a 2003 CR-V with 190,000 miles, and Mark went to the trouble to get me a loaner car, as the repair took almost a week to complete (most of the time was spent getting the parts). He was very candid and honest on the condition of the vehicle, and risk of not performing the work, or waiting. His diligence, dedication, and candor was refreshing from other places I have been, and greatly appreciated. I'll be back because of him when it is time to trade in my beloved CR-V. More
