First service on our car and transmission issue. I have been dealing with Mark Duncan off and on several times with our car and he is the most professional and courteous service rep anyone could ask I have been dealing with Mark Duncan off and on several times with our car and he is the most professional and courteous service rep anyone could ask for. He is very good with his explanations of what is going on and also prompt on returning calls. Our issue with our car is a difficult one to figure out but Mr. Duncan has been extremely understanding, concerned, and patient with us. He is just an all around great guy to deal with when it comes to service needs for our car. More
