Good morning. I am sorry that you had a bad experience here. Our service manager has been in contact with you to try and resolve the issue. When we fill the engine with oil, it is done by a machine for the exact amount that your vehicle holds. This was the only vehicle that this happened to and it calibrated correctly after you made us aware of the issue. We regret this happened, but the proper steps were taken to the best of our ability to ensure that the machine was working properly. We are sorry that this happened and with nearly 99% of all of our feedback being positive, we would hope that we would get another shot and not have your future thoughts based on one experience. Thank you and again, our apologies.
