Roger Russell was one of the most helpful, kind, and knowledgeable customer service representatives I've ever dealt with. He was more like a big brother and I never worried about being treated unfairly. Because of the superior service I have received at this dealership, I can honestly say I will be a customer for life. I never thought I'd have repairs done other than a local "mom and pop" shop back home, but now I'm convinced that this is the place I will continue to go. I had always wanted to own a Honda, and now that I do, I truly expect to stay in that Model from here on out. You will not be disappointed working with the staff at Honda of Cleveland, and if you get a chance, ask for Roger! More

integrity I was very impressed with my service center advisor, Mark Duncan. While I was there, and elderly couple came in and the lady was in a wheel chair. Mar I was very impressed with my service center advisor, Mark Duncan. While I was there, and elderly couple came in and the lady was in a wheel chair. Mark quietly pushed them through the repair process and had them ready in about 15 minutes. They were very busy and the wait time would have been at least an hour. Mark obviously takes great pride in serving his community while handling a high pressure job. I had an issue with my bill and talked with the supervisor, Matt Woodlief. I seen very clearly that Matt is very honest and operates with integrity. I'm a firm believer the integrity of any organization starts at the top and trickles down. The Bill was reasonable and I do highly recommend Honda of Cleveland. I had originally went to a smaller shop in Cleveland and was mis-diagnosed as having a blown head gasket. Thanks to Honda of Cleveland and their service department, I was saved a lot of money and headache. From now on, Honda of Cleveland is where I will take my vehicles for diagnosis and repair. Thank you Matt and Mark. More
