Exceptional Service!!!! Roger Russell has always been a "top notch" professional. For some unknown reason, the battery on my new 2017 CRV died. Luckly, I wasn't stranded so Roger Russell has always been a "top notch" professional. For some unknown reason, the battery on my new 2017 CRV died. Luckly, I wasn't stranded somewhere in some remote area. After boosting the car off, I drove to the dealership where I was promptly greeted....even though I didn't have an appointment. They even gave me a shuttle ride so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership. I also had a noise coming from the right passenger wheel area. Normally, those noises can never be heard when you take your car in to get it fixed, but they did hear the noise and fixed the problem. Everyone was super that day. Would definitely recommend this service department and dealership. More

Greg has helped me before with another issue, just after the purchase of the vehicle last year and his customer service is top notch. He is very courteous, professional, genuine and easy to talk to.
