They go far beyond efforts to accommodate you if you decide to wait while your vehicle is being serviced. The service department reps keep you informed on the progress of the service or any new findings. When service is complete, they inform you what has been done and service required coming up as far as mileage checkups suggested on your vehicle. major repair My vehicle was towed to Cleveland Honda by AAA. Even though this was a not a small repair, Mark Duncan was able to get it repaired the same day.
