Great Experience I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment, was processed immediately, the service rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The w I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment, was processed immediately, the service rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The work was done promptly and the repair staff went beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I told them that the windshield wipers "squawked" constantly wet or dry. Upon leaving I was pleased to find that my wipers no longer squawked - they had installed new wipers, and did so under warranty. The entire experience was very good. I will always take my Odyssey back to Honda of Cleveland because the service is excellent. More
