"Customer Service"... in every since of the word. I had to bring my 2017 HRV in for some replacement parts. Greg was immediately attentive and concerned about the issues. He took genuine interest in t I had to bring my 2017 HRV in for some replacement parts. Greg was immediately attentive and concerned about the issues. He took genuine interest in the problems and was willing to do what was necessary to resolve the problem. He had to order parts to replace on the vehicle. He was prompt and efficient. One part replacement was not sufficient (not his fault) and Greg asked for my opinion. He was correct in his assessment. The part was not replaced sufficiently. It was going to take sometime to make the repair again, due to having to reorder the part. So, Greg provided me with a courtesy car, which was less for me to worry about. The part was replaced and was good to go. Thanks again Greg for your willingness to provide excellent customer service. Greg was honest and upfront with me and is not pushy, in reference to having you purchase a service/part. He is genuine and actually cares about the customer and the quality of service he provides. Something you don't find very often. Greg is an asset to the dealership/service department.THANK YOU GREG!!. More

One was a 'work' vehicle with over 569,000 miles, the second a 'work' vehicle (replacement for the one with 550+) and a personal vehicle bought because of the H in the name and due to the first car I had serviced there. Keep up the good work!
