Very friendly service with good communication. We brought our 2017 C-RV in for an oil change, tire rotation, and since it is still under warranty we needed the vehicle's computer updated because it We brought our 2017 C-RV in for an oil change, tire rotation, and since it is still under warranty we needed the vehicle's computer updated because it was at times flashing across the screen that the "brake assist", "lane assist", "cruise assist", etc. was not functioning. They told us that they downloaded and applied an update for it and it should have fixed it. More

Always adding stuff to the bill I have two new civics one I bought from Econamy and the other from Honda of Cleveland every time I take my vehicle in to have service at Honda of Clev I have two new civics one I bought from Econamy and the other from Honda of Cleveland every time I take my vehicle in to have service at Honda of Cleveland there is always something to be added on that’s not covered in the mantiance package I had purchased. The first time I took to civic to Honda of Cleveland they forgot to put my valve stems back on the car and they have never filled the windshield floid since I bought the car and it has had 4 oil changes now. I ended up just buying some and filling it my self the staff is friendly but the service stinks even though I purcashed the mantiance package I will be taking my car the econamy honda with my other civic from now on I would rather pay out of pocket and have better service. More
