Incompetent Purchased a used vehicle from this place on a Saturday. It took no time to get the paperwork drawn up and we were out the door. Unfortunately, they Purchased a used vehicle from this place on a Saturday. It took no time to get the paperwork drawn up and we were out the door. Unfortunately, they screwed up with the lender and started calling me ad nauseam a few days later to get me to come back and sign a new contract and give them more money. Though I did get a slightly better deal under the new contract, they handled things in an unprofessional and incompetent manner. I wouldn't recommend Honda of Cleveland to any of my friends or colleagues. More
