Top Notch Service I leased a new HRV on 9/2017. I went in for my first regular service maintenance on 1/16/18. My service advisor was Greg Lee. When I arrived Greg gree I leased a new HRV on 9/2017. I went in for my first regular service maintenance on 1/16/18. My service advisor was Greg Lee. When I arrived Greg greeted me and immediately got me checked in for the service. Greg has helped me before with another issue, just after the purchase of the vehicle last year and his customer service is top notch. He is very courteous, professional, genuine and easy to talk to. Incredible experience My husband and I went to another Honda dealership and the salesman there was very pushy and demanded to know every single bill we had as well as our m My husband and I went to another Honda dealership and the salesman there was very pushy and demanded to know every single bill we had as well as our monthly income. He said that $29 more per month would not break our budget. We responded that it was not his budget we were breaking it would be ours and we weren’t okay with it. He then stated that since he spent two hours with us that he should’ve earned our business. He was extremely unprofessional and made us very uncomfortable. We couldn’t wait to get out of that dealership! We headed straight to Honda of Cleveland and met with J.D. We ran him back and forth. He was everything we could have asked for. We arrived there around 4pm, spent two hours until they closed, and went back two days later. We ended up looking at 7 cars and finally found the perfect one for our family. J.D. was very patient and made sure we got exactly what we wanted; nothing less. In the future, we will definitely go back and see J.D. for help! More
