Excellent Customer Service and skilled mechanics I always make an appointment for service needs. I prefer to work with only one service advisor and is the same person each time (unless my guy isn’t I always make an appointment for service needs. I prefer to work with only one service advisor and is the same person each time (unless my guy isn’t there) plus I drive 68 miles one way JUST for service (also how much I trust and depend on this dealership)!! This particular time it was for both service needs and warranty issues. As always they’re consistent in their skill and time needed to get to get the repairs done. The dealership has been true to their word and if my service is going to take longer than an hour, I’m ALWAYS provided a loaner car. Unless I’m on the road traveling out of my area - I will not use another dealership for sales or service!!! More
