Overall good experience I came for a routine oil change, and got my CRV aligned and tires rotated and balanced while there. The only problem I have is that I spent 2 hours and 20 min waiting. It seemed like an eternity. Just wish they were a bit speedier. But I will continue to use Honda of Cleveland for the quality of work and the friendly staff. More
