Outstanding service - no pressure - no "games" I just traded a 2007 CR-V for a 2018 CR-V. Don Scoggins was very attentive, knows the product line, and didn't put pressure on me nor play the "games I just traded a 2007 CR-V for a 2018 CR-V. They worked with us to come to a new negotiated price on an upgraded Pilot. Slow Service Went in for an oil change and had an appointment scheduled. Showed up 15 minutes early for appointment. All I wanted was an oil change. Every person who came in after me their vehicle was serviced before mine. Because they all left before me. It took 2 hours just for an oil change. I complained to the lady who took my money with no issues and she told me she didn’t understand why it took so long because they weren’t that busy. Really I told her I could have bought a car faster than I got an oil change. Very dissatisfied. More

Disgracefull! Truck had a sticker price of 18k. I put 10k down 2k for a warranty. The lady for some odd reason tried to get me a loan for 24k... Scam. Truck is a 20 Truck had a sticker price of 18k. But now my truck bed is completely gone both rockers gone cab rusting out. Bottom like common thieves and unless they are held accountable they will continue this sick twisted greedy game... Also the salesmen kept saying oh look at this girls breasts to take my mind off of the vehicle. Please. More

Well worth the trip to Honda of Cleveland I was a Nissan owner since 1993. Thought I would try out a Honda Civic LX Sedan. From the minute I walked into Honda of Cleveland Tn, I was treated like family by everyone. J D Cowart was Awesome!!!! After having a Horrible Experience at Honda Chattanooga, I decided to give Honda of Cleveland Tn a chance. Very Friendly, Courteous, Respectful to me. J D did everything he could to make me happy. J D went above and beyond to work with me, offered me more for my Nissan than Honda of Chattanooga. Even after closing time, J D & Heath Sane worked with me.
