Quick and easy! Dj Underwood was great! I purchased a new vehicle and traded mine in.. Didnt have to do much back and forth on negotiating or play the 4 hour game. I Dj Underwood was great! I received a grant from the Veterans Administration to assist with the purchase of a vehicle, so I could have adaptive controls installed to safely drive, After several dealerships declined to work with the grant, I spoke to Rodney Bethune who agreed to help me. After going to the dealership with my wife and discussing the process, Rodney said he would do all he could to assist a veteran. Rodney introduced me to Julia Trese who showed us several different vehicles and their features, Although it took nearly six months for the dealership to receive the grant funds, Julia and Rodney stayed with me until the sale was completed. I can't thank them enough. They are both caring and professional in their work. And we love the 2019 Pilot. More
