Not only did the dealership have the exact car I was looking for (CR-V), but they didn’t bat an eyelash at holding on to the car (after the paperwork was signed, of course) while I wrapped up insurance stuff on the rental I was driving. Fred ordered my 2019 Ridgeline RTL-E from another dealership to get exactly what I wanted. The purchase process was efficient and easy. I found Andre at Honda of Cleveland through the reviews and reached out via e-mail. Set up an appointment for Wednesday and within no time had the deal I was looking for on a 2019 Honda Odyssey. I was in late afternoon and let Andre know when I needed to leave by to be able to make it to church. Andre gave me enough time to know it wouldn't be finished up in time and the weather was awful that day so didn't want me to have to rush either. We set a time to finish up the next day and I was on my way. Came back the next day and got all the paper work finished with Jerry and I was on my way with my new Odyssey in less than an hour! Highly recommend these guys and will send people to Honda of Cleveland from now on. Thanks! More

Not pushy or snarky like some we have felt with( cleveland ford used vehicle manager).
