We were searching for a newer model RAM 1500 pick up. One showed up on CarGurus at this location. Upon my first contact with the dealer, we had a couple of different people reach out. The last person I s One showed up on CarGurus at this location. Upon my first contact with the dealer, we had a couple of different people reach out. The last person I spoke with was Tayzia. She was very responsive, worked hard to get the information that I had requested, and got back to me very quickly. While I was looking at other vehicles at other dealers, she stayed in touch and followed up numerous times to ensure I had no other questions, but was not bothersome or pushy. We live in Atlanta and it was quite a drive to get their location. We ended up purchasing from a dealer closer to home. I would, however not hesitate to recommend this dealership, and specifically Tayzia due to my interaction with her. She will definitely ensure you’re treated right. More

I was contacted by a member of your staff. Your dealership did not have the color combo my wife wanted. Jessica Brooks contacted me on June 30 and stated that the color combo was now available at your dealership. She asked if I was available to come see it during the weekend. I advised that I was not, but can come by on Monday. Jessica called me Monday July 3 morning and asked if I was still planning on coming by. I told I was and I would be there around noon. My wife and I arrived and were told by a salesperson that the van was sold during the weekend. I asked why Jessica made the appointment if the van was no longer available. The salesperson was polite and professional and apologized. He stated he did not know why we were not informed the van had sold. I sent Jessica a text informing her that we came to Cleveland bypassing the much closer Economy Honda due to Economy's poor reputation. She text back stating she had no idea the van had sold during the weekend. I informed her about coming from further away due Economy's poor reputation and Jessica responded with "I wouldn't have had you come out if I did know. It may be that things happen for a reason. On a lighter note , would you like to teach me how to drive". I never complain , but the level of unprofessionalism is appalling. My wife and I were planning on buying that Odyssey today. We will not buy anything from your dealer due to this interaction. I will also be making a review. If you have any questions I would be happy to speak with you. The GM's response I apologize for the misunderstanding, we lost all power Saturday in the storm, and it did come back on until Sunday afternoon, the vehicle was sold on Saturday but didn’t get taken out of the inventory before the power went out, Jessica was unaware because it still showed in the inventory this morning. I have several Odyssey’s that are scheduled to be built this month that I can possibly trade for the color combination that you are wanting.
