These guys were fantastic, the whole staff is friendly, but James Matthews is the man to go see! Mr. Matthews and the dealership worked tirelessly to get me approved for my new truck. So went and traded my truck at honda of Cleveland on 5/25/21 for a Acura rdx supposed to have everything worked out got there and went in to do the final paperwork and everything had changed. Extended warranty was more than they said then when I questioned them about it they said they could not do anything. Also they said the acura was in detail shop so when they finally bring it around its dirty and foot prints on the back seats. I would not recommend this place to anyone some if the sorriest service I have ever had in my life at a dealership. I also think there pretty shady with the whole bait and switch when it came time for the paperwork. Stay away from this place. More
