We walked in to Honda of Cleveland to purchase a car, and we walked out of Honda of Cleveland with a new car and 2 new friends. This is our second purchase from Honda of Cleveland (2020) and both experiences were great, but this one was exceptional. Our initial lease experience was pretty good - great salesman and a nice price, in spite of a unprofessional experience with the finance crew. The real issue has been since then. Our brand new CRV Spo salesman and a nice price, in spite of a unprofessional experience with the finance crew. The real issue has been since then. Our brand new CRV Sport developed a steering issue that is, at best, a huge annoyance and at worst, a danger if you are navigating heavy traffic. We are being told that a replacement part is not available until September (over 1 year after the problem started) and the dealership nor American Honda Motors are willing to offer any other solution. In fact, unless I contact them, we don't even get updates. The problem continues to worsen and yet we have no other option but to continue driving the vehicle, even as it poses a safety risk. More
