My husband and I had a unique situation. We were wanting to trade in our vehicle that had hail damage and because the damage was 5100 our insurance wouldn't make a check out to us. they could only make it o to trade in our vehicle that had hail damage and because the damage was 5100 our insurance wouldn't make a check out to us. they could only make it out to the leinholder or a body shop. We found a car we really liked and it looked like we weren't going to be able to get it. After a lot of work on their end all of the people we spoke with at this dealership found a way to make it happen! My husband really enjoyed talking to Brandon. He definitely had a lot of knowledge about Honda's and he was so friendly and personable. Would definitely recommend him if your shopping for a vehicle. He was awesome! I spoke a lot with Sharon on the phone because thats where I first saw the car. She was so friendly and after a lot of work on her end we were able to find a price that met our budget! Mike the used car manager was great! very friendly and he was the one that found the solution to our problem! Very nice man to work with! Bob the finance guy we spoke with was very patient with us. Even though the first night we were there late and then the next day had a screaming toddler. I appreciate all their hard work to make this happen for us. I would definitely recommend them! More
