Everyone that was in the building was warm and inviting. We actually were recommended to Honda of Cleveland by my wife's mother. She had such a wonderful experience with three previous cars being purchased from there it seemed the obvious choice. We met with a Mr. Jerry Anderson that was a very knowledgeable, approachable, and understanding salesman. He listened to our previous loan situation and explained the pros and cons to purchasing either a new or used car. After showing us to the 2014 Honda Civic and letting us test drive it we were in love and were set on getting it. My wife and I are a young couple with decent credit and used car to trade and were looking to get out of a previous loan with a high interest. The people at Honda worked with us as if we were there own family to be able to get us an affordable payment and drive out of the lot that day. I cant express enough the gratitude that we have for them there and if anyone was to ask Honda of Cleveland is the only place to go. Thank you guys for what you have done for us and may blessings continue to be bestowed upon you. Friendly, wonderful, amazing and the list goes on and on. More

Asked to have it exchanged and was told next but now everyday I call its be patient be patient well I'm done being patient I want the car I'm paying for the techs don't know.whats wrong with it so that tells u that it needs to be exchanged.. I'm getting the run around and never thought I would be going threw this with a.brand new Honda civc with 32 miles on it. So very very disappointed.. And don't feel like I'm being treated fairly . I'm paying a payment for.something I'm not driving but they told me they can't do any refunds on payment cause they gave me a lender car but.i want my car or the same one but different then the one I'm paying for that's a lemon.. Gosh I wish they would help me.. But I have no clue what's taking sooo long to realize its a piece More

Cory Choate General Manager, was personally involved in every step of the process and our Salesperson Rodney Bethune provided great customer service. We dealt with Denise over the phone to get the Finance set up before we arrived and Kristina handled our paperwork once we were there. Everyone's level of customer service and willingness to do what ever is needed to make it a great experience was at the WOW level! We came to Honda of Cleveland to buy our car because we knew Corey the GM, and we knew that he would have a first class Team in place to help us. We were right! First class on every level in every department. This is where you want to buy your next Honda! More

I was fortunate enough to be with my fiancé while she was buying her brand-new 2012 Civic EX-L with Navigation, going with Honda of Cleveland was excellent! The entire staff knew their knowledge abou she was buying her brand-new 2012 Civic EX-L with Navigation, going with Honda of Cleveland was excellent! The entire staff knew their knowledge about their products. Every single question of ours was answered to the best of their ability. Their financial advisors explained every detail on the paperwork without flaw. The financing was really easy. I actually look forward to going to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. I did go in and visit Cleveland Honda location on saturday afternoon. I called Sharon at 4PM and David the manager said she had already left for the day. I told David I spoke to you and you left my info with Sharon, he asked me for my name and he said he found my info to go ahead and come in. One of your sales guys meet us in the parking lot and told us where to park the vehicles for inspection. After the inspection the sales guy showed me written on a scrap piece of paper the offer, $16K for the CRV then $7k for the GMC van. I told him I what I was offered at Economy Honda on friday which was $16k for the CRV and $9k for the GMC. Then he spoke to David and came back and Matched Economy's offer. David said to me he was happy to match Economy's offer to get our business. We agreed to the purchase and were sent to your finance guy Steve. We completed all of the finance paper work then Steve showed me the Invoice which reflected a purchase price over $41K. He called the sales guy Rick into his office and I explained to him that the price you quoted me was $36840.00 and that David said he found my info so I thought the price should be in there. The sales guy never spoke to me about the sales price when the were offering on the trades so I was thinking they knew the price that you and I spoke about on Friday Morning. I told them what Economys price was which I showed them on the internet from my phone. Steve and the sales guy left the office then made some phone calls. It then became somewhat chaotic. I was told you never left them any price info, then I was told they could sell the car for the price im telling them you quoted me but not with trades, and I was told maybe you didnt know I was trading in two vehicles and so on thats to name a few of the possible reasons for the problem. I am still a bit confused about what happened and I understand it was closing time and some people had gone home but my family and I were there for over two hours then kicked to the curb at least thats how we felt. I didnt realize Cleveland Honda closed at 6 because the internet said you close at 7:30. They put the tag back on my car and said when I realize the deal economy was offering does not work out I could always come back. Brandon gave me a price of $36840.00 I was to go in and get the vehicles appraised which I did that and David and the sales guy Rick offered me $25000.00 for my trades what went wrong? More
The deal was straight up and fast. Robert Lawson gives you bottom dollar so you don' have to haggle. They give you top dollar for your trade. The minute we walked in the door everyone was super friendly. We went there to test drive a specific car we saw online. We have been to so many car lots and met so many car sales people that were not nearly as helpful. We are so pleased we are going to return this spring to purchase another car from him!!!!! GIVE THIS MAN AS MUCH CREDIT AS POSSIBLE. HE DESERVES A REWARD!!!! BONUS!!!! SOMETHING!! More
