I made mention of never seeing owners or managers at my local lot and shortly thereafter I got to me with Corey the manager and owner and he was as nice as can be. Everyone there was super nice but Justin and Corey were extra wonderful. This will probably be my last car purchase but I'll definitely recommend Honda of Cleveland to my friends. More
Rock Star Treatment for this ol' country boy Here is the difference, most dealers try so hard to get the sell (that’s their job) they great you with “Let me show you this”, “You need this” or “Wh Here is the difference, most dealers try so hard to get the sell (that’s their job) they great you with “Let me show you this”, “You need this” or “What payment you looking for?” When I talked to Chris Petty, he said “How can I help you?” and “What can I do for you?” You see the difference? Chris started out putting “you” first. The whole dealership is that way! Truth is, there are as many car dealers as fast food places, selling every make, model, color and year with options I didn't even know existed. The folks at Honda of Cleveland know that and you feel it the moment you arrive at the lot. The whole business seems to be based on trust, no pressure, and customer service. In fact, we looked over some Civics, found one we liked, drove it, told Chris and he did the rest. I got a cup of coffee propped my feet up and relaxed while Chris and others would occasionally walk by to fill me in on the status. I would just smile and get back to watching the game on TV. I felt like a rock star or something. I was somebody! To top off everything else I walked back to re-fill my coffee cup and there was a lady in the service department, getting the same “Rock Star” treatment. I just smiled and went back to relaxing. More

THEY DON'T INSPECT THE USED CAR'S THEY SELL Don't buy a used car from them! They say they inspect every used car before they sell. Well they don't I bought a 2003 passat from them on 4/4/15 Drove 6 hour's to get it and had to work that night so was in a hurry to get back on the road so i Inspected it the next day Half the light bulb's were blown Serpentine belt was dry cracked bad and the tire's looked okay but driving at 55mph the whole car shooked and went to get new tire's and the wheel lock key is missing and on top of that I wouldn't let that detail department clean my boxer's xxxx quick job they did... BUYER'S BEWARE OF THIS BUNCH More

After a weekend of dealing with your prototypical used car salesmen at several Honda dealers around Atlanta, I expanded my search radius to 75 miles a After a weekend of dealing with your prototypical used car salesmen at several Honda dealers around Atlanta, I expanded my search radius to 75 miles and this dealer popped up with fantastic list prices for their vehicles. I decided to make the 2 hour trip to check it out, and boy was that the best decision I made. It was a pleasant surprise to finally deal with a salesman who treats you with respect, shares your same values of honesty/integrity, and doesn't double talk. The dealers around Atlanta really need to do some benchmarking at this place. Customers don't like being lied to and want to be treated with respect. All in all it was a great experience here. Definitely worth the two hour drive from Atlanta. My only knock on this place is to be careful with the add-on's they try to get you to buy. They will default several add-on's to your deal, and you have to specifically tell them "no" I don't want that. Don't be afraid to ask questions. I think all dealers do this, but I figure this is where they make their profit since the MVP pricing on the actual vehicle is so low. In this case it was $5200 below MSRP on the Honda Oddysey. More

We were s After finding this dealership using True-Car Pricing, we went to the dealer's own website where they have "MVP" pricing on their new cars. We were shopping for a new Civic EX. Unlike most dealer's websites, the MVP price INCLUDES everything but tags and taxes (yes, even the doc fee is included). The MVP price was over $2,000 less than the True-Car price and $3,000 less than any other Cars.com offers or other Honda Dealerships "best deal" offers. We agreed to buy the car over the phone, drove the 100 miles to their dealership and there were no surprises or hidden fees. The price was just what they said. Only negative was the finance person really tried to push the extended warranty (no means no....don't keep trying to sell it). Sales person was very friendly and helpfull but could have been more efficient in showing how to use all the technology. Honest people, caring staff and unbeatable pricing (using their internet MVP pricing) makes this a Five Star Dealership! More
Bait price wasn't real :( The dealership wouldn't sell me the car for the price shown on their website. They quoted me the price, from their site, including fees. I went to Honda of Cleveland and had the exact opposite experience. I was going to by a used car that would fit in my budget. After LISTENING, we showed me several options. One of the options was a new Honda Civic 2014. With the incredible pricing, much better than the other Honda dealership, and low interest rate I was able to have a new car and within my budget and with the better pay out due to the interest difference. It is the first time my needs and interest were met WITHOUT going to battle to buy a car. More

I took me long to pick which color I wanted than it did for us to finalize the deal. I have been back twice for service. Both times they were faster and less expensive than expected.
