Before visiting the dealership, I had reached out to Jerry as he w We recently traded in our Honda Accord we purchased in 2015 for a new 2016 Pilot. Before visiting the dealership, I had reached out to Jerry as he was recommended to us by our prior sales person who had left Honda of Cleveland. Jerry was super responsive, very professional but still down to earth, and answered all of our questions. I was able to get most of our paperwork prefilled before even getting to the dealership, and he was able to provide a good estimate of what our new payment would be. He had the Pilot ready to go right when we got there, which was great, because we had 2 young children with us and we knew time was of the essence. When it came down to the paperwork, Jerry brought almost everything out to us!!! It was like we were his one and only customer!!! :) We took turns going in for the final financial paperwork signing, so our kids didn't even have to go into the dealership, which was great, because we knew that could have been a disaster lol. Kristina was awesome when we were going through all the paperwork, and all said and done, it took less than 2 hours!!! We were amazed! It was basically a drive through car buying experience!
