Excellent friendly service I needed my airbag recall taken care of and Honda of Cleveland ordered the parts, explained how long it might take for them to arrive and said they wo I needed my airbag recall taken care of and Honda of Cleveland ordered the parts, explained how long it might take for them to arrive and said they would contact me. In about 3 weeks my parts were in and Mark Duncan from the service department called to set up an appointment. When I arrived Mr. Duncan was right there front and center to greet me with the paperwork ready. The replacement actually took a little less time than he said it might take AND they noticed that a couple of filters needed replacing so they took care of those also at a reasonable price. I will definitely do business with them again and I recommend them highly. More

We had warranty work done I had work done that I had been needing fixed for almost two years .
