ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF ME! I had a flat tire due to a large piece of metal on the road. After calling my husband and AAA, I called Honda of Cleveland. Mark Duncan had priced me I had a flat tire due to a large piece of metal on the road. After calling my husband and AAA, I called Honda of Cleveland. Mark Duncan had priced me a set of Michelin Tires just the week before. When I told him what had happened, he checked and they only had 3 of the tires I needed in stock. He told me that he would send someone to pick up the 4th tire. By the time AAA came and changed my tire and I drove to Honda of Cleveland, Mark had all four tires and took our Pilot in immediately. The service department is just one of the reasons that we continue to return to Honda of Cleveland. More

They always make me feel welcome. I have tried all of the quickie lube place in the past but I keep coming back to Honda of Cleveland and that is where I am staying from now on. I purchased this car in Mississippi before I even moved to Tennessee and they treat me like I just rolled it off the lot yesterday. I believe that they are actually happy and sincere when they say they are thankful for my business. I get in and out just as fast as anywhere else and they have free snacks and drinks. 204,000 miles on my 2005 Honda Accord and it still runs flawless. I would do more than five stars but I couldn't. All of these guys are great to work with. More
