This was a distance purchase and Jaime immediately went out and filmed a personal video of the vehicle for me. James then came into the picture and became my main “go to” guy for any questions or concerns. And when I had to fly in to the dealership from Charleston, South Carolina he picked me up from the airport ON TIME and took me back to Chattanooga Airport the same day. While at the dealership I finalized all paper work with Business agent Stephen Hailey. We spoke way too long about LIFE and the overall goodness of the Lord. He felt like family. James did as well. I left Honda of Cleveland letting James know that if I needed a Honda I would be purchasing it from him! Yes! I have many Honda dealerships in Charleston, South Carolina, but I have never had this sort of positive experience with any dealership.
