They made sure we were safe and comfortable, offered us drinks and food, then checked over our car, which was driveable. Purchased the brand new 2017 Honda Civic Ex Hatchback. My sales representative was Jerry Anderson. My first visit was on Saturday 10/2/2016 when after 11 years since I bought my 2005 Honda Civic Ex there, My sales representative was Jerry Anderson. My first visit was on Saturday 10/2/2016 when after 11 years since I bought my 2005 Honda Civic Ex there, I was looking to trade in 2 cars for a new car. He was very informative about the car I was interested in. He even did a follow up call 3 days later on his day off to ask if I was still interested in the car we discussed on Saturday. All the staff were very friendly. I returned today on 10/5/2016. Jerry did everything he could to make the deal work at a price and payment I felt I was comfortable with. He gave me an informative tour of features of my new car. I met with the financial agent and signed paperwork.
