Service Advisor Mark Duncan and mechanics Joe and Tom consulted with me to solve an engine repair that Economy Honda of Chattanooga said they woul Service Advisor Mark Duncan and mechanics Joe and Tom consulted with me to solve an engine repair that Economy Honda of Chattanooga said they would not do but would replace the engine for $3550.00 after charging me a $150.00 diagnostic fee! I'm grateful and thankful that Mark, Joe, and Tom wanted to and were willing to solve my problem! I even had additional service work done. A loaner car was provided while the work was done. Now, I'm "On The Road Again" in the best car I can have: one that's paid for and runs! More
