Easy Car Buying Experience Found the car I wanted on Auto Trader. Michelle and Rodney were professional and friendly as we discuss price over the phone. I lived over two hours a Found the car I wanted on Auto Trader. Michelle and Rodney were professional and friendly as we discuss price over the phone. I lived over two hours away and wanted to be sure everything was agreed on before making trip and purchase. Upon my arrival, Fred greeted me at the door and has the car ready for the test drive. Fred was very friendly and made sure I understood all options and conveniences of the car. Between my arrival and departure, I spent less than two hours in the dealership and that was because the finance department was busy. Easily my best car buying experience. More

Levels Above Their Competitors I had been contemplating purchasing a new vehicle for over a year, but kept putting it off to avoid the much dreaded "typical car buying experience". I had been contemplating purchasing a new vehicle for over a year, but kept putting it off to avoid the much dreaded "typical car buying experience". I looked at many dealerships, makes & models. Dealt with the pushy sales people & overbearing sales/finance mangers. I had seen a Honda Accord that I was very interested in, but due to such a bad experience, I didn't want to make a purchase with that dealership. I called Stephen Haley at Honda of Cleveland to see if they had the same vehicle in stock. They not only had it in stock, but at a substantially lower price. He invited me to visit & test drive the car. He introduced me to Shawna Ellis who had the car pulled around & ready for me. She was very patient & kind. They were truly concerned about putting me in the vehicle that suited my needs & at a price that I was comfortable with. Needless to say, I am the proud owner of my first Honda & I love it! Shawna had every detail covered even down to introducing me to the gentlemen in the service department. Brandon was kind, thorough & made the finance process seamless. The professionalism is unmatched by any other dealership in our area. It is obvious that they believe in the product, care about their customers & love their jobs.
