Old time customer service My wife hit a large peice of wood on the road during a bad storm with our Honda Civic. The car started making a terrible noise and would vibrate up to My wife hit a large peice of wood on the road during a bad storm with our Honda Civic. The car started making a terrible noise and would vibrate up to a certain RPM. We assumed the worst and felt an engine mount or issues with the transmission would end up being the problem and probably cost a bundle. It ended up being a bent heat shield and they took care of it. Roger Russell, Will Oltz, Mark Duncan and Bill Joslin took the car in on walk-in notice and within a short period of time called saying the car was finished. When leaving I asked how much I owed because they had done a service for me that I couldn't have done. They told me they were happy to help and wouldn't charge me a dime, even after I told them I didn't have a problem with a charge feeling it would be fair. This is old-time service that has disappeared in the chase for profits and they should all be commended for taking care of a local customer and doing the right thing when they could have charged any amount. Also, what I didn't tell them was that the new BMW 528i that is in the shop getting a new transmission installed with quotes of up to $13000 was the reason we are driving the Honda. I really couldn't afford another charge this Monday morning so needless to say they totally made my week. I'm very grateful for their honesty! I would highly recommend this dealership based solely on their service dept. More

We bought my wife a new honda accord from this dealership last year, and were amazed by the courtesy and friendliness of everyone associated with honda of Cleveland. Our time spent there was comfortable and conversation was enjoyable and entertaining, so the time passed fast while we were dealt with. We just bought another vehicle (a used truck) and we were extended the same friendly and courteous service as before. Fred Stewart was the salesman we dealt with for our truck, and We couldn't have asked for a nicer person to deal with. He was knowledgable and detailed about the vehicle and we felt he was happy to help us. We told him what we wanted and he delivered! In my view he was outstanding as a representative of Honda of Cleveland! When it came time to go through the closing, Mike Hamby made the details of the final paperwork simple and understandable for us. He was very professional and got for us what we feel was a great finance deal. We are sure this dealership is the best Honda dealership in the southeast, FOR SURE!!!! We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new Honda, or a used vehicle Honda of Cleveland, Tennessee. More
