I have a 2003 CR-V with 190,000 miles, and Mark went to the trouble to get me a loaner car, as the repair took almost a week to complete (most of the time was spent getting the parts). He was very candid and honest on the condition of the vehicle, and risk of not performing the work, or waiting. His diligence, dedication, and candor was refreshing from other places I have been, and greatly appreciated. I'll be back because of him when it is time to trade in my beloved CR-V. More

Andre Dolberry meet me with a very nice welcome offering to help me with what I needed. I explained the offer from a near by dealer and Andre went to work with his peers in the corner office to work things out. Andre worked out a deal I could not refuse and was able to have the car I wanted in house in a very short period of time. Andre had already prepared accounting on how I would be handling the payment so the transaction only took a very short period of time to close. If you are in the area and thinking of purchasing a new Honda give Andre a shout. You will not be disappointed Regards Randy Pence More
A service oasis on a long road trip We were headed to my niece's wedding in Athens Georgia over Easter weekend. As preparation for the drive, I took the car in to my trusted mechanic to We were headed to my niece's wedding in Athens Georgia over Easter weekend. As preparation for the drive, I took the car in to my trusted mechanic to ensure an uneventful trip. New struts, ball joint, 1.5 lbs. of Freon, and an oil change. All good for the trip with my wife and 3 of my 4 "kids" (20, 17, and 12). We mapped a route through Nashville since we had never been and arrived on Thursday to spend the day/night to see Broadway and Andrew Jackson's home. The A/C was spotty on Thursday not blowing cold air all of the time but on/off. I thought it might be the compressor or clutch… On Good Friday, we departed on the last leg of the trip to Athens Georgia. I had mapped a route through the southern part of the Appellation Mountains and arrive into Athens from the north. At 3:00, We headed north on I-75 around Chattanooga, then west on SR 64 at Cleveland to start up through the mountains and the car started making a squeaking noise. My wife and I decided what to do….and opted to get back to the interstate rather than have trouble in the mountains. We turned the car around and it started to groan and struggle, so much so that I thought it was the transmission. Not good. Still being outside Chattanooga, my wife looked the nearest Honda Dealer and as luck would have it, it was 2.6 miles ahead on SR 64 exit in Cleveland. God was on our side that day. We rolled into the dealer, Thule cargo box, a van full of people, and all the "stuff" that accompanies a 2000 mile road trip. THIS is when the service began. The red carpet had been rolled out…nobody knew it at that point, but the top notch service began. Roger Russell greeted us with a smile. I explained the purpose of our trip, the symptoms, and that we were trying to make it to the rehearsal dinner that night. He let us know that they were very busy, but he squeezed us in. They took it for a test drive with me, the problem came back and Chris was confident that it was not the transmission and would have to diagnose it. While they did that, they saw to it that we were comfortable, offered us snacks and drink. Seeming simple things, but Honda of Cleveland had become an absolute oasis…again, it was Good Friday :) It was the compressor and we were lucky that it had not seized up--that's how bad it was. They located a remanufactured part and while they could not get us on the road that night, they worked overtime to put enough of a dent in a 4-5 hour job. This meant an unplanned overnight stay. They pointed us to a new hotel just up the road and also made a few BBQ suggestions. They arranged for a loaner so we could get to the hotel, have dinner, and not be constrained by a shuttle or taxi overnight. At about 6:30, Roger called us to let us know that the car would be ready at 8:00a sharp on Saturday morning and we were back on the road, (via I-75) and made it to the wedding. The entire team was absolutely incredible and helped make what could have been a terrible crisis to a "non-event". We felt like celebrities as we met everyone at the dealer from the GM, the Service Manager, to the Cashier. Wil Oltz was also instrumental in getting the job done. It all worked out. I have been a Honda owner since 1990. Experiencing this type of service under terrible circumstances makes the "problem" seem irrelevant. They all took very good care if us….I just wished I lived there so I could take advantage of it more often. Honda Motors USA will also being hearing from me to convey my satisfaction. More
